Hey John!
I wanted to offer a quick thanks for your advice on the surface plug I picked up at your shop yesterday. I fished Jamaica Bay from 6:30-8:00PM yesterday and it provided non stop action on bass during the top of the incoming tide. Attached is a photo of the keeper I brought home for the table. Lots of hits, bumps and swirls on that black & white popper you suggested.  3 fish landed - 2 fish in the high 20's released, then the 30 inch aforementioned keeper.
