This year’s Snapper Slapper Derby is set for
Saturday, August 25 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Team Bass Boy Bait and Tackle in E.
Rockaway, Long Island with a live broadcast of The Fishing Line Radio Show
on Location and the awards ceremony at 6 p.m. immediately following TFL
Radio Show. Food and refreshments and this event is sponsored by E. Rockaway
Recreation Dept., Village of E. Rockaway & The Fishing Line.
Registration is now for the annual Snapper
Slapper Derby to be held on August 25th on the docks behind the
shop. You must be 16 or younger and pre-register at the shop. This
year’s derby promises to be bigger and better. Call
